  • Don’t rush. Take your time and relax don’t do anything that you don’t feel comfortable with.
  • Always use condoms for protection against chlamydia, other STIs and unplanned pregnancy.
  • Consider using a water-based lubricant during sex.
  • Avoid drinking too much alcohol. You don’t want any regrets!
  • If you’re having anal sex, use plenty of water-based lubricant with condoms.
  • It’s good to talk. Tell the other person what you like and dislike. If you’re not ready or feel uncomfortable tell your sexual partner that you want to wait
